NeonReflexVR

Two blasters. Sixty seconds. How many targets can you hit?

NeonReflexVR is a sci-fi arcade target shooter for Windows PC VR. Step into a neon arena, aim with both hands, and shoot as many targets as you can before the 60-second timer runs out.

Requires a Windows VR-capable PC and Meta Quest 3 connected through Quest Link or Air Link. This download is not a standalone Quest APK and does not run in a web browser.

Features

• 60-second score-attack rounds with a final score and quick restart.
• Two independent blasters with laser aiming, shot sounds, and controller haptics.
• Three target types: HexCore, Drone, and Capsule.
• Random target spawns, white hit flashes, and one point per successfully hit target.
• Stationary VR gameplay: no teleportation or smooth locomotion.

Requirements

• Windows 64-bit PC capable of running PC VR.
• Meta Quest 3 and two tracked controllers.
• Meta Horizon Link installed and selected as the active OpenXR runtime.
• A working Quest Link cable connection or Air Link connection to your PC.

Installation

1. Download NeonReflexVR-Windows-PCVR-v1.0.0-rc1.zip and extract the entire archive.
2. Connect your Quest 3 to the PC using Quest Link or Air Link and enter the PC Link environment.
3. Launch NeonReflexVR.exe from the extracted folder.
4. Keep the executable, NeonReflexVR_Data, UnityPlayer.dll, MonoBleedingEdge, and all other included files together. Do not launch directly from the ZIP or move only the executable.

Controls

• Right A: start a round or restart after Game Over.
• Left/right trigger: fire one shot per press. Both hands can fire independently.

Choose a comfortable starting direction and keep your play area clear. Headset tracking must be ready before starting.

Version

v1.0.0-rc1 is a release candidate. The developer reports that all nine physical Quest 3 release checks passed. No specific FPS or CPU/GPU benchmark result is claimed. Installation notes and third-party license notices are included in the archive.

The cover shows an existing blaster model preview. Images labelled "PROMOTIONAL ARTWORK" are AI-assisted artwork based on the original model previews. The other screenshots were captured with OBS from an actual Quest 3 PC VR session.
